Ms M. (Alloy Seatpost, Alloy frame)

posted Nov 20, 2015, 7:04 AM by John and Yvonne
My bike seatpost, or what was left of it inside the frame, was in a real mess and it had internal bracing to make life more complicated.
I'd been told by several bike repair shops that they couldn't / wouldn't tackle it and that my only option was to buy a new bike (funnily enough they all sold bikes!).
Anyway, luckily I heard about 'The Seatpost man' and he undertook to remove it - even though ...he'd never seen one with internal bracing like it before. He thought it might take all day - but he did it in less than 4 hours without leaving a scratch inside the frame.
I thoroughly recommend this guy to fix any seatpost problems - it was worth travelling 350 miles for
Well done John and many thanks
