Mr R (carbon frame alloy seatpost)

I thought I looked after my bikes, regular maintenance and stored in the house all the time but I had given up hope of removing the seatpost on this one. There is only so much bench vice related frame twisting that you want to do.

Then I left the bike with the Seat Post man. The result, go back one day later seatpost out in one piece and both it and the seat tube cleaned and ready for a few more miles.

Thanks John.
